Agent Theme is yet another impressive offering from Brian Gardner owned Revolution Two. The theme is a modern version of traditional websites of real estate agents. I think that there is plenty of space in the header, whether you choose your photo to insert there or combine it with your name in large fonts.
Right of the space for logo is Feedburner subscriber box. This place will allow your visitors to submit their email addresses for receiving updates via email whenever you add newer posts or listings on your website.
Overall layout of Agent Theme seems clean to me and you’ll easily distinguish between important contents on domain’s left and secondary ones on its right. Featured Content Gallery, a plugin that is included with this theme, leaves a beautiful way of showing off your posted listings.

The Agent Theme seems to me a purpose-built WP theme, which is where it excels for users. Lack of automatic thumbnail creation along with more options for backend is inadequate. However, pre-made property details help in making up for what this theme lacks in other areas.
